WaiBrate Affiliate Referral Program Terms and Conditions

We have an exciting opportunity to partner with WaiBrate through our affiliate program where you will be provided with a 10% Discount Code to share with whanau and friends to promote and sell the WaiBrate Water Machines. Successful applicants will receive a unique discount code that will connect your committed sales back to you, which will earn you a generous commission for your efforts. 

See below for the terms of partnering with WaiBrate’s Affiliate Program:

1. Commission Structure:
- For every sale made of the WaiBrate Water Ionizer through the affiliate's unique referral link, the affiliate will earn AUD 300 in commission.

2. Discount Allocation:
- Affiliates have the option to allocate a portion of their commission to provide a discount to their customers. However, it is important to note that any discount offered will result in a reduction of the affiliate's commission proportionally.

3. Refund Policy:
- If a customer requests a refund within the 30-day refund timeframe, the affiliate's earned commissions for that specific sale will be forfeited.

4. Commission Payment Schedule:
- Commissions will be paid on the 15th day of each month.
- Payments will be processed after the 30-day refund window for the respective sales is complete.

5. Payment Method:
- Commissions will be paid to the affiliate's provided PayPal account (NZ)  or Australian Bank account.

6. Individual Agreements:
- Any individual agreements or modifications to the standard terms must be negotiated, signed, and dated by both the affiliate and WaiBrate. These agreements will be considered valid and binding.

By participating in the WaiBrate Affiliate Referral Program, affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. WaiBrate reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with prior notice to affiliates.
